This medicine is used for various diseases related to the Urinary system including Enuresis (bed wetting), Urinary Incontinence, Urinary Retention, Obstruction, and Chronic Urinary Tract Infection.

Enuresis

Urination is a significant process that happens in the human body. It helps to expel human wastes out of the human body. There are a lot of diseases that can disrupt the process of urination in a healthy way. Enuresis can be counted as one among them. Enuresis is more commonly known as bed-wetting. Nocturnal enuresis, or bed-wetting at night, is the most common type of elimination disorder. Daytime wetting is called diurnal enuresis. Some children experience either or a combination of both.

Causes

Many factors may be involved in the development of enuresis. Involuntary, or unintentional, release of urine may result from:

  • A small bladder
  • Persistent urinary tract infections
  • Severe stress
  • Developmental delays that interfere with toilet training.

Urinary Incontinence

Urinary incontinence can be explained as the loss of bladder control. It is a common and often embarrassing problem. The severity ranges from occasionally leaking urine when you cough or sneeze to having an urge to urinate that’s so sudden and strong you don’t get to a toilet in time. Though it occurs more often as people get older, urinary incontinence isn’t an inevitable consequence of aging.

Symptoms

Many people experience occasional, minor leaks of urine. Others may lose small to moderate amounts of urine more frequently.

Types

There are various types of Urinary Incontinence:

  1. Stress incontinence: Urine leaks when you exert pressure on your bladder by coughing, sneezing, laughing, exercising or lifting something heavy.
  2. Urge incontinence: You have a sudden, intense urge to urinate followed by an involuntary loss of urine. You may need to urinate often, including throughout the night. Urge incontinence may be caused by a minor condition, such as infection, or a more severe condition such as a neurological disorder or diabetes.
  3. Overflow incontinence: You experience frequent or constant dribbling of urine due to a bladder that doesn’t empty completely.
  4. Functional incontinence: A physical or mental impairment keeps you from making it to the toilet in time. For example, if you have severe arthritis, you may not be able to unbutton your pants quickly enough.
  5. Mixed incontinence: You experience more than one type of urinary incontinence. Most often this refers to a combination of stress incontinence and urge incontinence.

Urinary Retention

Chronic urinary retention happens when you can urinate but all the urine does not drain from your bladder. Over time, urine leftover in the bladder may build up and expose you to toxins that your body would typically release. The major signs and symptoms of it are as follows:

Symptoms

Urinary Retention symptoms include:

  • You urinate more than eight times a day and often feel like you have to urinate urgently.
  • You have some trouble starting to urinate before urine comes out.
  • When you urinate, the stream of urine is erratic, weak, or stops before you feel finished.
  • Even after you urinate, you have the urge to go again shortly after.
  • You regularly urinate a few times during the night.
  • You have some leakage from your bladder during the day.
  • You feel like you have the sudden urge to urinate, then feel like you can’t stop peeing once you start. This is known as urge incontinence.
  • You’re not always sure if your bladder is full and if you actually have to urinate.
  • You often feel some discomfort in your hip area or like you still have some fluid in your bladder.

Urinary Obstruction

An obstruction happens when something gets in the way of urine leaving your bladder.

If something suddenly gets in the way and blocks your urine, this causes acute urinary retention. If the obstruction happens slowly over time and still allows some urine out, this results in chronic urinary retention.

Cauese

Some possible causes of obstructions are:

  • swelling in the urethra
  • a constriction of the urethra that makes it hard for urine to come out
  • an object blocking the urethra
  • being constipated
  • stones from the kidney or other part of the urinary tract
  • a tumor or other mass in the gut or hip area that’s constricting the urinary tract
  • a clot from blood in the urethra.

Chronic Urinary Tract Infection

Chronic urinary tract infections (UTIs) are infections of the urinary tract that either don’t respond to treatment or keep recurring. They may either continue to affect your urinary tract despite getting the right treatment, or they may recur after treatment.

A UTI can affect any part of your urinary system. When an infection only affects your bladder, it’s usually a minor illness that can be easily treated. However, if it spreads to your kidneys, you may suffer from serious health consequences.

Symptoms

The symptoms of a chronic UTI affecting your bladder include:

  • frequent urination
  • bloody or dark urine
  • a burning sensation while urinating
  • pain in your kidneys, which means in your lower back or below your ribs
  • pain in your bladder region.

If the UTI spreads to your kidneys, it might cause:

  • nausea
  • vomiting
  • chills
  • a high fever, over 101°F (38°C)
  • fatigue
  • mental disorientation.

UTI Prevention

We can take certain precautionary measures to prevent UTI:

  • urinate as often as needed (especially after intercourse)
  • wipe front to back after urinating
  • drink plenty of water to flush bacteria out of your system
  • drink cranberry juice daily
  • wear cotton underwear
  • avoid tight-fitting pants
  • avoid using diaphragms and spermicides for birth control
  • avoid drinking fluids that may irritate your bladder (like coffee, citrus fruit drinks, soda, alcohol)
  • use lubrication during sex, if necessary
  • avoid bubble baths
  • wash foreskin regularly if you’re uncircumcised.

ENURA can cure you from these elimination disorders and diseases by healing you from within your body and without causing any side effects or after effects.
